Choose the items
Browse our website to choose your items. By clicking buy now, the shopping basket will appear for you. Then you can change the quantity by simply typing the number and click "Continue Shopping" to choose other items.
Check out by following the process
When you have chosen all the items you would like to buy, click "Check out".
Register or login if necessary
You might be asked to sign up if you're not a registered user yet or to login if you have not signed in. Follow the instructions to complete this step.
Check delivery information
You can select payment method that is available and convenient for you.
Select payment method
The default delivery address will displayed. If you would like to select another delivery address or use a new one, please click "Change Address". Otherwise, just click "Continue".
Check order details
You can review all the order details here, including information of products you ordered, delivery address, billing information and payment method. You can edit the information there if needed.
Complete ordering
By clicking "Complete", you will finish the ordering process. At this time, an Email that summaries your order will be sent to the mail box you registered. An order number will also be displayed for you. Please remember this number for later use if needed.
Check Email and confirm ordering
It's recommended that you check the Email that is sent to you. If you have any questions, you can contact the Italian Food & Life Style customer center.
Receive your order
The products you ordered will be delivered on time. The final price might be adjusted according to various factors such as season, price promotion, real amount or weight, and so on. If you don't receive your order on time or have any problem on receiving, please call the customer center as soon as possible. You can return items at the same time, or we will come to help fix the problems.
